I take back my comment on your previous render...I hate you...:) kidding, I love your work it's just I got hold of a copy of vue ple and my poor 'puter can't handle it.I hope to get a new one by years end, but until then Bryce and Poser just can't turn out grass like this.So I'll just have to keep fudging it for now. This is an awsome render, really does justice to ranmans "King".You started me off now, I think it's time to fire up the Maybachs and let the the tanks out'a the toybox!.Great job.

Thanks for the comments everyone :) neiwil, beg, borrow, do whatever you have to for a new computer. I've only just started using Vue but looking at others galleries i'm amazed at what it can do. Btw you've inspired me to have a go at re-texturing Bazze'z 109 :)

OK Emil, I've just gone back and been looking through your gallery a bit. I know absolutely nothing about VUE but however you've done this, it looks great. I'll poke around in your other renders too. This one strikes me because I've done a Battle of the Bulge battlefield tour with a retired Belgian Lietenant Colonel (he was a boy during the battle and lived nearby). There is a King Tiger sitting beside the road where it was abandoned after it ran out of fuel in December 1944. There are two anti-tank shot rounds imbedded in the front slope...they didn't knock out the tank...they just stuck where they hit. I am also a retired US Army armor officer. Fort Knox, Kentucky has the Patton Museum and a complete run of German WW II tanks there on display. Thanks for waking me up to the sort of thing you can do with VUE. Just what I need...another thing to spend time on :-) Looks great. And thanks for your comments on my photos. A little encouragement goes a long way. Bill
