Description

I just don't really think there's a better word to describe the scene than 'Daybreak', maybe I'm being unimaginative having already titled an image that before but anyway... I had said I wouldn't be doing any more beach sunrises for a bit but a friend and aspiring photographer called me in the middle of the night and asked if I'd be up for heading to the beach for sunrise and perhaps take a few shots, share a few tips etc... Anyway that's my excuse for another sunrise pic ;).. though in fairness I haven't taken one on this particular beach (West Sands) up until this point. The sunrise was very quick as it was pretty overcast, and as I messed about taking shots in the sand dunes my friends had already walked down to the edge of the sea and were taking in the rising sun. I fired off a couple of shots before heading down to enjoy the few minutes of red sky before it typically started to rain and the ritual soaking commenced ;) Have a great day! Adam

What a pity such colors only exist for that brief moment. Well captured with the foreground grass, it adds depth.

The green of the grass is a wonderful counterpoint to the sunrise colors, makes a full spectrum of it! Beautiful!
