Description

This isn't one of the best shots, but I liked how the wind twisted the flowers together. One of my best shots was lost and I haven't had time (or bravery) to try to retrieve it from the sd card. After I lost some of my photos last week, I had to grieve for a bit :( So I was away from the computer. Now I'm ready to try again :0) I have several shots that I didn't lose, but I miss the ones I did... go figure. Anyway, these are from the lost cosmo plant.... Shot a couple days before. I have two giant clumps of these in my garden and they haven't stopped entertaining me with bright and sunny blooms since early spring. Lovely capture you've done here.

Twisted Cosmos....sounds like a spinoff of the String Theory. Fine POV employed in this macro, Melinda! Interesting pistils. Sorry about your photo losses. That can really hurt.
