Description

Wanted to capture the tail end of an action scene, with big Hollywood explosions and such. Been into fire scenes lately, must be a phase ;) Smoke brushes by Falln-Brushes. I want to thank everyone who gave us support in a recent fight against art theft. More information can by found here, it explains what many others from here and other sites, including myself have been doing to help protect your art. Link Again thank you to everyones support in this last couple of days, its is very much appreciated, especialy by the artists whos art was stolen. We are a community, and it's good to see us all sticking together. You guys are awesome, you know who you are ;)

Outstanding scene, pose and lighting - excellent work, as always. I wasn't aware about the art thefts, but I can't say it surprises me overly much either - watermarks sound more and more like a good idea.

So sad that someone..or others have to steal creations that dont belong to them..myself..I havent a clue how to do any of this wonderful art...I just enjoy and love it...It is only right to justify this and tell of this terrible deed...Kudos to you and all that stood up!!! As for this render..She is a female in charge..woohoo!! I likey!!

yeah... mate... I got a server "Complex" about this art theft thing... it's the "7th" time this sort of thing has happened to me... and I haven't been to the site in such a long time, I had to request a password change to enter it.. just so I can resign from it... also under protest of the attitude of the admins... some people never really get out of puberty eh! Anyways mate... topper image.. and I doubt the dust is gonna settle soon!

Nice looking scene of death, destruction and mayhem. Your backlighting is very dramatic. Unfortunately, local and international enforcement of copyright infringement is burdened to the author. Since I have not the time, money or energy to conduct such litigation, the only recourse is to deface my work online with horrible looking watermarks to deter potential pirates and profiteers. Thank you for your effort.

The blurred fire in the background combined with the lighting pair up perfectly to make a convincing scene with depth - very cool idea and followthrough! I notice that the offending member at that other site no longer has a gallery, so chalk one more victory to the artists- at least for now. Am I correct in thinking this individual was lifting work off the internet and claiming he did them?? Wow... if that is the case, can you imagine what sort of psychological problems a person would have to stoop that low!

You're famous over there lol I just read the whole thread (about you lol) and was trying to keep an open mind to their policy and their side of the story but just the language and swearing they use to answer (insult) people who are protesting is enough to make up my mind... Wonderful composition here, great light and DOF!
