I buried a soda can just outside El Paso in an area like this several hundred miles later in Florida I ejected a grocery bag of garbage out the window in a $100 fine littering zone as a white van with white plasic pipes was following on my bumper. A woman in a police car right behind him pulled him over. Mission Accomplished. Before this I would have said I never litter. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. Shit happens.
