Description
I did not imagine the array of colors on its head or of its claw (foot? paw? or whatever). Nor did I realize the claw nails being so long. Must be a task getting a pedicure. (A little turtle humor, there)

Having also kept red-earred slider turtles for about 12 years, I have learned a few minor things. The ones with the longer claws are males. That's the thing to remember here. :-) He is a fine looking turtle and seems very well fed shell shiny and bright, skin colors vibrant, eyes clear with no bulge...Fabulous shot!

So the Turtle asked the Paper Wasp, Did that One Eye clicker come and try to talk to you too? Sure Did the Paper Wasp said, The Red Robin said it tried to talk to him too but he flew away. The Turtle sighs as the Paper Wasp buzzes away as anouther one eye clicker drops its legs and starts clicking at him. Love the color and the claws on that turtle - hope you dont mind a bit of silliness.
