Description

Caught this pair near the Cliff House in San Francisco last Monday. She (I hope!!) turned her best side toward me as I snapped away--sweet gull that she is!!

I've always like seagulls. When I lived in Baltimore they were all over the Inner Harbour area....of course, the tourists and people feeding them all those goodies. Great capture you have here.

She looks very world-wise ... not gull-able or easily taken in!

Just perfect Marilyn. I was just commenting on a seagull upload of Shari's and told her how I love seagulls. I have a "connection" with them!!! :)

truly outstanding. I bet I know exactly where you were for this shot. :-) Those cliffs are a great place. I have a couple great shots taken with my 35mm of the pyramid-shaped rocks off shore. Excellent.

Obviously stunned by the news that her mate is seeing another seagull and wants a divorce, the avian is all set to explode in anger and disbelief. Hell hath no fury like a seagull scorned. Or maybe the gull in back has just been told that the one nearest to the camera is pregnant. And they're not even married! In any event, stellar POV, composition, contrast and textures in this marvelous shot, Marilyn!
