Description

Trying to catch a hawk in flight is kinda like trying to catch air~~it's almost impossible!! This guy was flying over my head in SF last week, teasing me, and I was chasing him thru the lens of my camera. Didn't catch him too well, had to play around with it a LOT; this was the best I could do. He won that round for sure!!

You did well despite the odds and agility of the bird. The under wing features are quite clearly visible. Keep trying, they are a great challenge.

First time I've seen one of these with a blue halo. #;0). I think you did very well indeed Marilyn, I can joke but its much better than I can do, as Piet says, the underwing markings are quite good. You just have to keep trying I guess. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!

What a beautiful capture. I have spent many many hours try to just what you did "catch a hawk in flight" it is a very hard thing to do. And I really like the post work. Very nice
