Description

Today is a day of reflection. There is a change in the wind and a change coming into our lives. I can feel it in my bones... I feel the recognition of its presence... I feel the essence of something I have known before. Change is inevitable. Sometimes we like it and sometimes we don't. But change we do... sometimes through natural growth and sometimes because we desire to release something which no longer serves us. And when it is time to change, it is a time to be kinder to ourselves... a time to nurture ourselves physically and spiritually because change can be and sometimes is unsettling. And because we know this and because we care, we know that we can only do it one day at a time. So be kinder to yourself and just for today tell yourself: ● Just for today, I shall laugh... I shall laugh and let that laughter ring throughout my being. ● Just for today, I shall be love... I shall commit a kind and gentle loving act. ● Just for today, I shall be lovable... I shall allow another to show me kindness and caring. ● Just for today, I shall love myself ... I shall allow myself to love me. ● Just for today, I shall expand my soul... I shall look beyond appearances and see the truth that is. ● Just for today, I shall feel joy... I shall dance within my mind and feel joy all about me. ● Just for today, I shall feel no anger... I shall stay centered and feel integrated from within. ● Just for today, I shall see beauty... I shall be the gardener who sees the flower before planting the seed. ● Just for today, I shall believe... I shall believe in myself and my desires for they are already here for me. ● Just for today, I shall be happy... I shall bring light and love into my life and allow myself to feel my happiness. ● Just for today, I shall be worry free... I shall not pay worry interest on an event that has not yet happened. ● Just for today, I shall be me... I shall be the real me that I am and not the me that you wish me to be. ● Just for today, I shall dream... I shall dream the dreams that make my heart sing and my soul dance with delight. ● Just for today, I shall care... I shall care about what I think and feel today. ● Just for today, I shall be kinder... I shall be kinder to myself and to those who are a part of my experience. Our thought for the day is: 'I am more than I can see... I am more than I have been and yet tomorrow I will be more than I am today. Stunning image Gayle! So light-hearted, and gives me the notions of softness and such peace... images of feathers, silk and fluffy rabbits seem to come before my eyes when I look at this! A lovely mood is created here! Excellent thoughts and ideas as usual! It's nice to have a nudge/reminder that we should live for today..... making the very best out of it!
