Description
The Delinquents are three teenage supervillians from Beverly Hills who have terrorized every Tiffany's, Gucci's and Sharper Image up and down the west coast.
From the right:
Tantrum is the youngest member at 15. A natural mutant born with superhuman strength, flight and near-invulnerability, she was quickly recruited by Moxie, who is intent on turning this troubled, but basically good-hearted, girl into a mean-spirited bully. Tantrum, unfortunately, lives for Moxie's approval, having been ignored by her parents most of her life, and then cast out when they discovered her mutation.
Moxie, 17, is the group's ringleader. She was originally genetically engineered by a criminal organization searching for a genetic supersoldier formula. She is a perfect human specimen (and she'll remind you of that constantly), with reflexes, strength, and endurance at the maximum level achievable by a human being. She also has the knowledge of a master ninja, a 20-year Navy SEAL instructor, and a master military tactician flash-printed onto her brain. She was rescued as a child and put into a foster home in Beverly Hills, where her foster parents thought the solution to handling a girl with her unfortunate background was to spoil her, utterly. She blames her complete lack of moral fiber on her genetic creation, when in truth she's just a rotten little hussy.
Sass, also 17, is Moxie's childhood friend, who is also a powerful empath and telekinetic. Rescued from the same program, her foster family was not so rich, and she harbors a resentment against, well, everyone but Moxie and Tantrum. While she can project telekinetic forcefields and forcebolts, and move massive objects with her mind, her favorite and most powerful ability is the ability to project any emotional state she wants onto her victims. She usually uses this ability to turn guys she considers cute and who show the slightest bit of interest in her into one of her emoboy zombies, who cater to her every whim and show exactly the right amount of sympathy for whatever perceived slight she is suffering at that moment. Moxie's also convinced Sass to order them to give pedicures, manicures, and do a few things she discovered she liked after the girls knocked over an adult video store.
These are non-player characters from a Heroes Unlimited RPG I ran once.

Oh! My face hurts from grinning so much! They are great! I love Moxie's expression! fusure! (yeah I know I did this wrong but hey! I'm from the Pacific Northwest far away from the Valley culture, THANK GOD!)

Great scene

Well, guess it's good I live in Kansas. I doubt the girls would bother with such a place.

Heh. Reminds me of the cheerleaders who used to terrorize me as a kid -- minus the superpowers, thank god. Excellent character development and, of course, a fantastic pic to go with it.

Oh my Mother Superior would love them... "Just children who need a strong guiding hand. And a purpose to direct them in life. Such wonderful potential they have." http://crwnprince.deviantart.com/art/Mother-Superior-117888253
