Hello! Now I want to show my shots of Hover flies. Here is the first one. Thanks for stopping by and for your nice comments to yesterdays upload. I am very grateful. :))) Have a wonderful day. I think we will have a hot day today, but not so hot as last week. Looks nice outside without much wind.

boy, one really needs to see your macros full-size: The leaves around the new bud glisten; and the petals themselves look like silk. But that bee—I assume it's a bee—looks like ceramic, and its wings are like the most delicate mica (or some kind of tinted glass): I agree with Suzanne they are beautiful. You're definitely in your element in these macros, and you've given yet another glimpse into the explosive, almost neon world of the plants just under our nose.
