Description

in Breaux Bridge the art walk is every thrid Saturday of the month and it all day there. Not as cool as the lafayette art walk that is ever second Saturday of the month. never been to the New Orlean art walk. i hear there one there too. But then there you can go to jackson square every day and see the art. Anyway this is in Breaux Bridge art walk last Nov. 07. Never posted it but I do like it for some reason.[guess it the lines in here and the art under the poach and windows on top???] The artist who did these arts is not there; he from Baton Rouge. The black man is the shoe shine man from New Orlears[victom of the Hurrcane two years ago]. and the lady I do not know. thanks for looking and comments

It is as if the local characters come to life. The tables diminish the color without losing it. No smoke stacks here.

Great composition. The windows on the top third and their reflections are just as full of life as the artwork.

Cool set up he has there. All of the figures painted into his artworks makes it look like a crowded side walk.

Its interesting to see different Art Walks in different towns. Ours covers about 8 quare blocks and is not only on sidewalks but 25 galleries are also opened for the night so you can walk around. Scattered are also several cafes and grills for those cultured snack stops. :-) In a few spots, wine tasting prevails and we also have several micro breweries that open onto the street. I think I like the quieter nature of this Art Walk. Great shot.
