Description
A shot using a fisheye looking out of Smoo Cave on Scotland's north coast. It is the largest sea cave in the UK and is rather impressive. If you look at the bridge over the river flowing out and imagine that you would only see shoulder and head of a human crossing that then you can get a better sense of scale...
The red in the water is natural and although we couldnt find the information telling us where it came from, we assumed it was iron in the surrounding rocks oxidising and laying a sediment on the bottom of the river... it could also be from the peat bogs which the river which created the cave runs through before going through a sinkhole behind and to the left of this shot. Anyway, it looked cool :)
Defished from my 8mm using 4 exposures as a HDR converted and tonemapped using EHDR.
Enjoy!
