Description

Fishing...I love to fish! I bait my own hook, clean and scale my fish, no squeamish stuff for me! However, I did not catch these, they were caught by the maintenance man and donated to the house. Sunfish, not my favorite fish either for eating or cleaning, too bony and way to small...I cleaned and scaled 16 of these and the scales are like armor!!! It took me three hours to do these. After cleaning it takes at least eight of these for one persons meal and 2 showers for me to get the scales off! So guys, enjoy the picture cause I aint fixin' no more of these!!! I coated these with a mixture of cornmeal and flour and fried in canola oil. Btw, there were none left:-) only the heads for the kitties! Thanks for looking and previous comments! I have two more images for Clinton Square but wanted to get this up first.

Great story and photo set. We all prepare fish in our own way. I have not fished for a year and not kept a fish I caught for several years. My limited diet of fish comes from the market. Excellent
