JDoc, your right. This was taken about 15 miles west of where I live. Between there and a couple miles north they (forgot which company) are in the process of building another 90? more wind turbins. To this day, I still cannot imagine how many turbines have gone up in this area (north central Iowa). I'm afraid to even think of what this area will look like in another 5yrs with how fast these can go up... The sad fact is, the majority of the energy that is produced up here actually goes down south. Hardly any of the evergy produced stays in this area. I can only hope that changes... Thanks for viewing everyone...

where is this at? I think i saw a scene quite similar on our way to South Dakota. Awesome shot; love the sunset :)

Hi Tiziezzme, These were taken in far north central Iowa just west of Interstate 35. Between there and Kenset, Ia. These windmills are creeping up all over the area.
