Hello again from Berlin! This series ends with a dedication: a dedication to a visionary bricklayer.... Yes, this is dedicated to Mr. Riehmer, who built us our finest backyard composition here in Berlin, when others built horse stables in your backyards and talked about their "visions". Lets have a last look from the main entrance inside - and then have a look at these backyards to the right and left and imagine how life looked for people who must live in this holes - often more then 100 persons (50 of them children) with only 1 toilet - the small building in the middle - this was the normal situation in Berlin 100 years ago. Looking at these backyards you can imagine how great Riehmers vision was. Thank you, Mr. Riehmer, thank you! And I thank you all for your interest and your comments and for your favorites, too! And now let´s have a look at YOUR pics..... All pics with Nikon Coolpix. The photoshop works were done by Daraniel (Thanks, my dear, you did a great work, again and again...) The backyard pics right and left were photographed from a tourist information table in Berlin - Friedrichshain.
