Description

Captured 8/13/08, early in the morning, about .70 miles/1.127 kilometers from my dwelling. The feline appears to eye me with disdain and/or suspicion but is actually quite friendly and not one of the fur balls around town who is genetically predisposed to run and hide under a bush or vehicle when approached. Sorry about the less than appealing background but didn't want to push my luck in this instance. Gotta take what opportunity hands a garden variety photographer. Now, if kitty would just follow my precise directions, then we would see a much different image. Zoom in for a closer look if you are so inclined. Thankx for stopping by, and have a humongous hump day.

WHAT GREAT MARKINGS, I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT CAT WHEN HE/SHE WAS A KITTEN. HOPE SHE IS BEING CARED FOR? TO US CAT LOVERS THEY ARE NOT FUR BALLS BUT I HATE IT WHEN I HAVE TO CLEAN ONE UP. LOL.

She is beautiful and actually seems quite calm near you. Just wary as most cats are. I have heard if this were a male it would be rare.

Well, this is a different kind of image from you! What a lovely kitty, and you captured her so nicely with such perfect clarity and color. She does look friendly and content, you can see it in her eyes, no disdain whatsoever. She knows a friendly fellow when she sees one. :)
