Description

A little slice of my dream life? ....nawww, jus' playin' around :o) ....I kinda took the name from that old horror flick from the 70's (?) Phantasm....anybody remember it? ....cheesy movie, but neat idea behind it and still one of my favorites :o) Thanks to ALL for comments and faves !!! Okay, when I first saw Phantasm it freaked me out! (yea, I was a bit of a wuss about 'horror' movies back then, gimme a break. I'm better now) This almost reminds me of work by Neil Gaiman (Sandman comics and Mirror Mask). Fantastic meld of images. Absolutely love it!

Back in the day, phantasmagoria was a "light" show, they used to project images of ghosts and ghouls onto smoke or walls or semi-transparent screens, scared the heck out of some folks. The really clever guys used it for seances and such, there were some shows that got quite famous and traveled all over Europe. All courtesy of Wikipedia, grins, I wasn't around yet. Awesome image, and makes me think of those "light shows", they must've been wild!
