Description

The Majestic Movie theater was opened in 1926 by Karl C. LyBrand and is still family operated by Karl C. Lybrand III. It is the oldest continuously operated movie theater in Texas and at $5.00 admission one of the cheapest no doubt. it is located in Wills Point about 45 miles East of Dallas thanks for viewing and any comments

Fantastic shot of a nostalgic theatre! Not many of these lovely places around. A little rough around the edges, but it gives them an undenyable character.

Great looking old theater. 5 bucks? That is a great deal. Cable gets that for an older "On Demand" movie and I think its robbery. But to see a new movie on a big screen? Yes, that IS a bargain. Fine photo. :-)

Bravo ! That is so great to see something like this where the family actually kept tradition alive and at a reasonable price too. It's nice to know somethings stay the same in this world of our's and so glad you shared it.
