Description
Taken early this year, when there were still three Grrrs. We are leaving tomorrow for the Hollow, I think, and stay for the week. Did my shopping today and some of the packing. It will be a bittersweet time for me out there, without my Gracie Anne.
If we truly don't have rain all week, we'll spend some time walking the creek, looking for just the right stone for Gracie Anne's grave.

Hope you all have a wonderful week! We are promised a short thunderstorm some part of tomorrow, and then a mix of sunny and cloudy days, good camping weather.

You aren't listening Rita, there are still three grrr's there. It's on the breeze. Dear Gracie Anne will always be there. The other two will bark at nothing and wag their tails, you'll see something out the corner of your eye, you'll hear a scratching, but see nothing. It's all Gracie Anne. She is with you always, she's just in a different form. :o) Take care, be safe.

You crack me up... "we are promised a short thunder storm... good camping weather" ... yeah it's good, if you're Ben Franklin and want to fly a kite - lol... Now that you have two dogs...Does life seem a little more manageable??? When I had two dogs, they were always trying to get the "more" attention... three dogs was tough.... I love dogs but I'd have to have me a cabin up in the mountains to ever have more than two dogs again... I hope you find that perfect rock you're looking for.

I know you are all grieving for Gracie Anne--including your other dogs--so it will be a fitting journey to find the right stone together. I, too, agree with delbeke.
