Something a bit different for my 600th post here on Renderosity! :)

Which of these people would you most like to spend the afternoon talking to?

I had lunch with my friend Kristina a month or so ago. She has the most amazing pale blue eyes, and while we were sitting there talking, I started thinking about photographing her in an attempt to capture their almost eerie quality.
A couple weeks later she and I were both at the Trifecta Venatorius barbeque, and I realized I had a captive audience. There were about 30 people there, I knew them all, and every one of them is pretty much up for anything. So I asked them if I could take pictures of their eyes. "Sure!" They didn't care.
So here you have "The Eyes of the Hunters," as they call it. :) (I did the artwork for the Trifecta Venatorius webpage (beware of the loud music!), as well as a lot of the photography.)
This was a wonderful project to do! It was something fun, something different, and a rewarding experience.
Branch out! It's great!

This is so much fun! It really makes you look...use your eyes. And as for the 600th...I can't believe it! It seems like just yesterday I saw your first post. I guess time passes quickly when you are having fun...and enjoying good photography. :-)
