Description
This is my third child, Megan, and she is 13 today! (Don't even ask how old that makes me! lol) Here she is gazing up at the stained glass inside the Abbey at Collegeville, MN.
I think she looks so pensive and angelic. For now that is the honest truth about her. I hold my breath - as I've been through this before with my older two... haha! (Actually, if she follows in their footsteps she will turn out terrific, just like my older two. I count my blessings.)

As they grow, so do we. That's a lesson I had trouble with because I thought I knew exactly how to raise my kids and then they refused to follow my carefully marked out plan! I learned that each child must be approached differently and THEY had to learn that nowhere was it written that life was fair. LOL Sweet shot of this lovely lady or yours. My best to you both. (my baby is 31! Guess how old that makes ME feel???)

You caught a wonderful red glow on her face & hair, and it makes her glow as much as the windows themselves. The simplicity of the stained glass—and how you caught it in a proximity that makes it so bold—is beautiful. It makes it seem so simple; and it's a bold backdrop to Megan.
