Description
This is a private dock, you can own it for 1.4 million dollars. Well there is a three story house that comes with it, with a view. lol. Location, location, location. If you have a property or house with a view of the water, well you can just about automately tack 500.000 on to the sells price just for the view. And this is an island. So you too can have a private dock if you dig deep enough;)
