Description

Those of you who know a bit about yoga will get this title right away. :) The Japanese Garden at the Arboretum is a great place to look at turtles. They're everywhere!

How lovely. This makes me wish I were a turtle, too! Just vegging on a hot rock, pointing my nose to the sun, and soaking it all in! Lovely image!

Fine POV and stark light and dark in this shot. Reptiles really dig the heat of the sun. This pair could really use a wash and wax job on their carapace.

I know nothing about Yoga but I know a lot about mud turtles. These are doing what they do best and what builds strong bones and shells. How happy they are. And what a great shot of them this is!

Yoga is the only thing I've tried that I nearly damaged myself doing! I forgot I'm not 20 and overreached myself. Don't think these guys are in danger of that!
