Something about this reminded me of tears, and that took me other places. Just a little tear running down a cheek, tears of sadness, tears of joy. Such a pretty yellow, with hints of secret darkness deep within...lovely shot!

Peaches and Herb also did a variation of this...did you know that? But I also had the original 45 many many many (get the point?) years ago. Lovely drops and I especially love the yellow rose. The edges of a couple of petals are blown out and I miss seeing that detail. Still, this is a fabulous macro! The yellow rose has a special draw for everyone.

Wonderful mood to this macro, delicate petals and droplets, a gorgeous yellow! and yes I recognise the song. The words will ring some heart-tugging bells with a few of us including me lol.
