Description
At the edge of the Dalriada Inner Sea, lie the seventy-odd Farmost Isles. Most lie uninhabited, and not even colonised by sea birds. Some have ancient ruins on them, and one, St. Macolbe's, has the remains of a large harbour, built of garagantuan stones, fitted unerringly together, without mortar. The harsh rock has been beaten down by the elements over countless millennia, and now lies covered with hardy heathers and salt resistant coastal plants. The waters are treacherous, despite their often calm appearance. Only that secretive, weather beaten band of reckless fishermen, known as 'the Brothers of Macolbe', are understood to venture into these waters...
( Malfrey's Journal of the Isles, quoted in the Red Book of Kirinn )
A VUE 6 Infinite scene using Chipp Walter's TERRMATS sea ( modified ), atmosphere ( modified ) from CORNUCOPIA3D store, and two simple terrains ( 1024 x 1024 ) using only the stasndard effects in the Terrain editor. The Landscape MAT is 'Dragondale' from Martin J Frost's Lonely Places item - DAZ3D store.
Enjoy the seeming calm over troubled depths, John.
