Description
Captured back on 12/11/05 at the beautiful Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden, located on the north campus of beautiful California State University Long Beach in beautiful Long Beach, California.
Top photo shows more interesting reflective water patterns generated by the fish as they cavort about.
Middle capture shows a few of them at the lake edge waiting to be fed by visitors.
Bottom is a hand-held long distance shot of koi being fed at lakeside by enchanted visitors. I'm somewhat surprised the pic came out this sharp.
A full size look would be to your distinct advantage.
Thankx for coming by, and have a heck of a hump day.

They are certainly responsive to people.

Good one Harry! Like a first 'cause of the cool water texture. Good compo on the second, like a close shot of the koi. Third one is a fine connection between colorful fishes and equaly colorful ppls.

I especially like the bottom one, with the mother showing her young daughter. Perhaps there is generations of Koi watchers in the making here. Fabulous captures Harry!

Looks like everyone had a good time, people and fish both. Nice collage, Harry.

The guys in the middle shot look like they're about to break into song, a la barbershop quartet style... The pileup at the bank on the bottom is truly amazing to see! Great set of shots!

like the bottom one most as it shows the mutual interest of both beeings..men and fish...smile both colorful and only divided by the small shoreline
