Description

Capoeira is a traditional Brazilian form of dance and martial arts. Slaves from Africa wanted to practice self-defense, but they had to make it look like they were dancing to not scare their masters. This display was captured in Washington Park, Portland, where there are weekly free concerts all Summer.
