Description

AlooooooHa! It's now 8:30am and Sharky and I have been out on the flow for the last 5 hours. I'm getting itchy to get home and see what I've caught. I called Errol on the walkie talkie as he is a speck in the distance. He says he is ready and will be there soon. While waiting for him I noticed this fellow photog making her way from the plume, also heading back to her car. I snapped this shot as she was about 100 yrds from the plume. I guess I just wanted to show you all that we are not the only nut cases out here shooting Madam Pele. I talked with her as she passed me and she told me she had been out most of the morning like us. She comes quite often and video tapes as well as taking stills. She's been out many times before and is quite comfortable making the dangerous walk to the plume. It was reassuring to know that we all had the same drive to get the shots despite the obvious danger. Tonight I will post Sharky as he makes his way back to the car. Big Mahalo's for taking the time to drop by and have a peek. And thanks again for all your comments on the past posts in this series. Have a peaceful Sunday all! Aloha~
