That smoke seems to have such a rich texture all its own; like it might feel like cotton balls in your hands. So massive, too, as compared to the size of Sharky :)

I have been tracking the network of lava tubes coming down from the Pali (mountain). Walked a little over 3 miles that night. Its just amazing how the new molten lava just surgically carves out and remove the old terrain and add a new face lift to herself. Thanks for the picture of me. I rarely see myself as I'm always the one with the camera. Hope to see you more out there as this might be one of your callings. A most excellent job. Aloha
