Awesome, Mark. Your patience is so great for you to be able to so carefully draw, especially all the precise hatchmarks. Bravo!

What a welcoming sight to come right to the front door. We seem close enough to touch it! Love the browns and the great textures. The foliage on the side and coming down from above is masterful.

this is a superb drawing of the elegance and simplicity of the Japanese Shinto, tori gate design, incorporated within the teahouse structure... nice work!

This is wonderful - if you'd said this was a wood block relief print I'd have believed it. Excellent work.

Wow .. this is awesome .. but I think you're right, I really love the black and white. There's more drama with the b&w.

Better late than never!!:))This is a wonder Mark..and in the top, on the roof, a misterious and magical view of a face..The door closed, as all the doors closed..add mistery and challenge to your scene and make me think in the oriental believes and moods that grabs me a lot! Great work of yours, with your ink pen!!as always:)and the sepia tone makes it much better yet! This draw is beyond the words!
