Clemente es un extraño personaje que ya es un clásico de la historieta argentina. Fue creado por Caloi (Carlos Loiseau) en el año 1973, y lleva muchos años haciéndonos reír desde la contratapa del diario "Clarín". Es una especie de pájaro a rayas con trompa en lugar de pico y sin alas o manos.
Clemente es, sin lugar a dudas, el crítico político y económico de las tiras por excelencia. Sus comentarios y conclusiones responden a la realidad social, política y
económica del país con un tono sarcástico e irónico, y suele burlarse de las
figuras más encumbradas no sólo de la Argentina sino del mundo. Desde las viñetas, analiza y comenta la situación del país y el mundo, derribando con sus juicios a grandes personalidades del planeta. Junto a él lo acompañan un grupo de personajes desopilantes, cada uno de ellos con una característica particular y extravagante.

Clement est un étrange personnage qui est déjà un classique de la bande dessinée argentine. Il a été créé par Caloi (Carlos Loiseau) en 1973, et depuis de nombreuses années, faire rire de la façade arrière du journal «Clarin». C'est une sorte d'oiseau avec tube à rayures plutôt que de pointe et sans ailes ou des mains. Clement est, sans doute, la critique politique et économique bandes par excellence. Vos commentaires et conclusions répondre à la situation sociale, politique et économique du pays avec un ton sarcastique et ironique, et souvent de se moquer plus encumbrado chiffres non seulement en Argentine mais dans le monde. Depuis les balles, des analyses et examine la situation dans le pays et le monde, brisant leur procès avec de grandes personnalités sur la planète. The Denver Post cartoonist had a little bird always like a signature on his cartoon. Oliphant was his name. Not to detract or compare but just to fix in a similar space.
