Description

I was asked to do a book cover for the next edition of Hellcop by David Burton, centering around a scene with "skyhooks", a sort of bird like demon with a nasty hook in place of the the legs. I decided that a normal hawk head wouldn't be hellish enough, so went with a skull idea. Birds have really weird skulls, I've found out! Eventually, this should be a whole bird, but I thought I'd toss this out and see if anyone has any comments or suggestions.
