Description

this was last night.I doubt that Gustav had anything to do with it.I hope Gustav makes it up to Dallas as we need rain. I was watching the sunset from my roof and these clouds were not visible, then all the sudden they appeared from the sun setting. they were gone almost as quick I seen on the net news just now that a Michigan couple exchange vows, hold reception at funeral home. they must know where their marriage is going.they should have had their funeral service also, a package deal and save money thanks for having a look see and any comments

This is a gorgeous though ominous sky you've captured here, Richard, as Gustav is carrying on with its fateful route up north from N.O. A superb photo, thank you for sharing.

A stunning sky scape! While I hope you get the rain you need, I hope you escape the fury of the hurricane in full force. (and ouch to the joke/news report smirk)

Masterly shot, Richard. Extremely beautiful cloud stripes and colours. That Gustav dude could be a dangerous fella. I kinda feared he would do the same thing as Katrina did down south some years back. But it seemed that he was mercyful to the people down there. If he carry a lot of water and it is needed.. maybe he is not all that bad.
