Description

Well I was going to kick off a long series of pics from France this evening as I managed to get around to editing one or two of them, but saw Rich's post earlier and just felt I had to try and complement it with this shot, as it's essentially a documentary pic of him taking pretty much the exact pic he posted =) He was using a polarizer filter and I just kinda liked the almost metallic colours it was giving to the trees in the reflection. The shot would probably have been a blurry mess had it not been for the joys of vibration reduction technology on the particular lens I was using, so fortunately as a result I ended up with something vaguely useable.. Hope you all enjoy reflections as I seem to have been drawn to them quite a bit lately and there are sure to be a few to come from my France pics as I get around to editing them. Still have a few to post from my time spent at my dad's place too so will probably mix those in randomly to keep a bit of variety going.. Thanks for kind comments and favs on recent uploads, and have a great night! Adam

Well done, Adam, especially on the sharpness at that shutter speed - even with vibration reduction! I like the selective desaturation, and the colour too. Cheers, Clive

Amazing model you got there! ;P Looks good :) One thing tho - the background is very "grainy"/"doppled" if you get what i mean...whatever it is called, it catches the eye.
