I know this feeling. The look on her face captures the sentiment exactly. Like Gisela, I remember many times looking up and crying out, "When??" Yet... a gentle voice says to me during those times, deep inside, that He wants me -- [and us] -- here for a reason. And then I begin to recall the times that made me furiously happy I was alive. He allows both the sun and rain to fall upon us all. : )
