Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

You have clearly outdone the boat anchor view of old iron. As a modeller I want to grab the pasted on flower pot and torque it just a bit on an axis parallel to the crankshaft until the tops of the pots are exactly in a plane with the plane of the intake manifold surface. Do not be alarmed!! This is something I on occasion mention to those who can only work in 2D.

Another great capture and use of decolorization for certain parts of the photo.

In my opinion all internal combustion engines should be used for potting something green... or melted down to make shovels, rakes and hoes. Great work. kell +5
