Description

Morning all :o) A new addition was born into the family yesterday 4 weeks early to my nephew and his wife .Born by cesarean section because her mother has a heart defect ,weighing 5lb .Everything is ok and both Mother and Daughter are doing fine :o)..I`ve posted a pic from my visit to Dorset earlier this year in July as I`ve taken nothing for a while with the weather being so bad .Wish we could have had a few more days like this throughtout this summer instead of the miserable weather we`ve had . Because of yesterdays birth I did`nt get caught up completely ,so please bear with me :o)..Thanks for looking and take care mick

Great-uncle Mick! Congrats! I've been in the sea less than a dozen times this year, I can hardly believe it! It can be 5 or 6 times a DAY most summers. My beachut is just below where it says 'add artist'!

Very nice view. Nothing like the ocean to stir one up a bit. Sounds like a good topic for a photo challenge would be the best image taken in the rain. Congrats for your family. I was blessed in January with twin grandsons born the same way...two of the happiest babies I've ever seen :-) Bill

Great capture! I'll imagine sunshine for you ... maybe it will come back! Congrats on the new arrival! :) Don't apologise for being "behind." Just do what you can, and everyone understands. As for me, I'll still love you even if you don't leave comments on any of my work!

Another girl to fill out the ranks. :-) 5 pounds and 4 weeks early...she would have been 9 pounds if gone to term. My middle child was 4 pounds and 8 weeks early and we figure he would have needed something the size of a hay wagon for a bed if he'd gone to term. :-) Good to hear all is well. And as for this magnificent view you've posted... I started humming Lazy Hazy Crazy Days of Summer... it just has a good feel to it!

As long as both are OK, thats the main thing Mick, you family seem to be very close which is also a nice thing. I have family I don't see from one year to the next. Excellent capture here, I didn't realise there was such a drop to the beach, I like the lone bird in the sky. Bravo!!!!!
