Description

Morning all :o) This image has become a bit of a guinea pig for me to try out a few new techniques that I`ve learnt .I used to just click ,for the most part auto or quickfix on images I thought needed help not totally understanding what was happening ,but it would seem that its not as hard to understand when someone else shows you how it works .Apart from the obvious colour popping, I`ve dodged and burned the highlights and shadows and played around with levels which were completely alien to me .I think I`m becoming more proficient and confident in photoshop since Ronnie put me onto that website the other day ,so a big thanks :o) I`ve managed to find a club close to me thats just starting out that will cover photography and working with images in one of our libraries ,so I should grow even more in confidence . I`m behind again as usual but will get caught up today :o)..Thanks for looking and take care . mick

Mick...as someone else in the process of learning new things that can be done with Photoshop, I love the color popping done here. A bit of experimentation yields surprising results, doesn't it. Very nice. Bill

einmalig schöne Foto-Arbeit! Die Langhorn-Rinder gefallen mir sehr, wie sie sich von der "Wiese" abheben!

Superb job on the effects here Mick, not to mention how much I love the title for this one. Although I must say this field doesn't look like the safest place to get a photo.

I find myself using the same "tricks" much of the time, and it's always fun to learn new stuff! I'm working on it ... "Levels" are an old friend, but I've not done any dodge and burn, and don't understand curves in the least! There's so much to learn! Love the cattle. Nicely done with the selective coloring!
