MYY!! How gorgeous it looks. I am impressed, that you are able to create such a beauty by drawing a map. I love the text and texture in it too. A really exiting peace of art, Mark.

Mark I love this so much and it is such a great idea. It reminds me of a very old reworked map I saw long ago and now you have me wanting to find it again.

Reminds me of the maps I saw a few years ago in my history lessons at school. I remember tracing over the contour lines and trying to think how steep each of the mountains were. Hugz and kisses. Toni.

I've come back to this image 3 times and the thought that occurs to me is the same! It reminds me of a wonderful video game I played years ago called Dungeons and Dragons. This is nearly identical (in my mind) to the map one used to plot the journey. The darkest parts were the most treacherous (mountains, monsters and obstacles) but held the most treasures. The lighter & brighter colors (foothills and grasslands) had treasures too but I think that included healing potions & medicines. I have such fond memories of this game and nothing on the market today can equal it.

Awesome viewpoint! I just found you I think you stopped by my gallery during a busy time and I wasnt able to get caught up with a mutually return visit. I coincidently followed you in a couple of Postings. I love the way you know what your seeing and how to express it. You describe exactly what I see but unable to express it. Im sure if I follow your postings, I will learn much thru your eyes and opinions. Thanks for the lessons :-)
