For anyone with a sor back I recommend putting about 640 pounds on an Olympic bar on stanchions, use a forward grip on the left hand and a reverse grip on the right so the bar cannot spin out of your hands and just very carefully ease that baby up into the free air. Don't go lie down and get stiff. Health is counterintuitive to disease.
