Savanna my love
It has been a few days since I last wrote to you and I am sorry for that. We are in Luxemborg but all we have been doing is marching and marching. When we stop marching we dig a hole to sleep in. Then we eat and go to bed. It is so cold I wish we could march at night to try and keep warm and sleep during the day. I am beginning to think we are never going to get into the fight.
Tell me about home. I miss everything. How is your mom doing? I hope she is feeling better.
Savanna I miss you so much. The only good thing about sleeping in the cold is at least I get to dream of you. I can’t wait to see you my love

Hello Randy my love....I miss you too sweetheart...always remember that in our dreams we will find each other and be together, only a heartbeat away. Mom is doing better...can't keep her down for long....we had high winds on Sunday, the tail end of hurricane Ike in Texas....wind gusts up to 90 miles per hour...trees were split in half, fell on buildings and people's homes, wires were down from Cincinnati to Dayton and even today some people remain without power. Don't you worry your sexy little head though, I am fine and awaiting your arrival home.........love Savanna
