Description
Up on Gabriel's townland, in the Parish of Clandubh, winter came early on the first day of October that year. Many changes would be wrought, that winter, on the canty cots of the Auld Dark Folk, by the weird magick of the Shadow Realm, but the Shadows would be fought to a standstill by these despised outcasts, not by the Glaivemen of Clanronald. Thus was the Green King empowered to reclaim the northern baronies of Old Dalriada..
