He does look great in full size view for sure Mark and he is so well done. The fine detail in your work on him is really brought out by the color you chose for him. Of course who can resist that smile that brings a sense of charm to him as mentioned above :)

Bears have some kind of special meaning for me, I don't know where it comes from, I just know it's there. I love this guy, I think it might be the one who keeps getting into my compost can; he has that sly grin!!!

I love that he is completely RED! Such a handsome and friendly look he has about him. I believe he is happily covered in currants or some other berry that he has been enjoying! (He is not from the land of sky blue waters, though...lol) Your steady hand is so obvious from the pen strokes I see. My Dad used to put the pen down once and complete an entire picture before lifting the pen again. That is what this looks like to me. Excellently done.

This is wonderful. Your bear is so full of life, joy, and movement. It reminds me of the black bears I often used to see when I'd visit my grandmother in the mountains of Colorado when I was a child. I love the red in your image, and the nearly continuous line that forms the shape. To me, the red ink conveys the essence of a bear in that they are so powerful and dynamic and full of energy.
