Description

Morning all :o) We were just about to get on a boat for an hour long cruise when i noticed this statue .I`ve lost count of the amount of times I`ve been on the harbour wall and yet this is the first time i`ve noticed the statue .must have something to do with a camera in my hand :o)..I can`nt tell you anything about this as we got on the boat straight after taking this and i forgot to look when we got off lol . I had trouble getting on the site again last night .Kept coming up as an page error .I tried for ages and then gave up .I`ll catch everyone up today :o)..Thanks for looking and take care . Mick

Theres a truth about what you have said there Mick, about having the camera in hand. There is almost an extra sense or it seems like our awareness of everything around us is doubled. Nice capture Mick, at first I thought you had been having a play with one of the Digital Art packages. I'm intrigued to find out what the statue represents! Is there a local websight which could tell you?

What a marvellous statue! It looks just like my Mum when she was young and also like a silver brooch I must look out. Your pic is wonderful, blue sky and all!!!

Great shot mick, I guess we all miss things that are right there underr our nose :)..Concerning conection problems, I am no IT expert, but I'd clean out your cookies, and run a spyware scan too, you may find either of these responsible for a 404 error?...Also if you run any Norton software, you might find it's the personal firewall denying you access?...Just a couple of ideas there Mate!

You didn't tell us which harbour wall Mick, but I will guess at Bridlington, or Whitby, I can't really tell from this angle. Excellent capture, and another thing not often seen of late a blue sky, lol. Rainbows may be able to help if its up in her area, I can't say has I have seen it before Mick. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
