Description

people call members of families black sheep,well this family has one lame baby duck. I think the mother is a mix of different ducks and no telling what the father is.seems odd that six is one color and one is golden. the gold one seems to be lagging behind it's siblings each time I see them Steve "pops" is ill and needs our collective thoughts.hoping he has a speedy recovery thanks for viewing and any quacks

There is always a runt of the litter and often the runt will surprise you in the end. Little lame duckie may be off to a slow start but time will tell. Who knows, maybe golden things await.

All the front ducklings have a stripe coming back from the eye as well Richard, the gold one hasn't by the look of it/ Excellent capture, it looks like they are practicing swimming in formation, just a little more practice needed. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
