The "idiot nation" icon in your picture looks like a bunch of heads watching a television (visible when d/loaded & zoomed in). I've not seen the logo before, though I've seen some of Michael Moore's writings on the subject. The anarchist's logo is of course an "A" (for anarchy) inside a circle. This is a wonderful capture because you have both logos in one place—anarchism going back a long ways, and "idiot nation" being new—on a wall that's spotted with water-decay & pollution, and whose ornament is chipped & broken...I too don't feel that any one nation has the 'lead' in idiocy; that most great nations fall into self-absorption & blindness at some point in their history & wind up doing terrible things to themselves & to others. Ours (the States) is in that place now, certainly, but god-knows others have been there as well: The 20th C. shows that stunningly. And then, all nations, even in bad times, have endless vision & light in their people: It's nice that your image doesn't specify, nor did you want to...It's one of those photos that speaks worlds in a small space because it brings all kinds of worlds together by chance, almost waiting for the photographer who will catch it. A slice of worlds colliding, and it says a world about all of us. Terrific, Nikolay, a great little capture.
