Description
I take a little break from my pinup-decades (but will continue them - I am already browsing my special Playboy anniversary issue).
This image is dedicated to tabala because she spent her precious weekend with testing and finetuning a set of dynamic clothes we created.
Since a year or so we had the idea for a "Kabuki" set. When we finished Youko Leo immediatly started to work on an add-on with many authentic Kabuki and Kumadori masks and when he was finished he modelled a set of dynamic clothes (plus Tabi and Geta/socks and sandals). Meanwhile I made poser-ready mats, rendered thumbnails, created textures and materials and so on.
The clothes behaved fairly well but not exactly like I wanted them to. And so I sent them to Kristina and within two days she sent them back with finetuned settings.
I am so thankfull - and this image is my way to tell you, dear!!
My testers will get a message in a few hours and then we'll see what they think about this set. It will be a stand alone but can be mixed with Youko as it shares the same base texture for the character.
Technical: I used a 60-frames-simulation with one windforce to create this effect. And yes, this took me some hours ;o)
The leafs and the wind-swirl where added in postwork. The hair and it's props are created by Arki, it's available at RDNA (Lotus hair).
The pose bases on a pose set that can be obtained at RDNA as well ("Spellbinder") and is inspired by the movie "Rhapsody in August" by Akira Kurosawa.
The light set is a mix of Inspiration IBL and Encore.

Reminds me to the dancing scene in "Memoirs of a Geisha" ( German title "Die Geisha"). A beautiful movie, which is IMHO a must see for all fans of Japan, and an even better book to read. Meike, you captured a very nice scene in this picture and I can almost feel the wind just by looking at it. :-)
