Description
I am working on a image for my friend Lars and this is part of the reason I am so far behind. This is little Penny and she is a miracle dog. Sunday when I was taking Veronica and the girls shopping we found her in a ditch. Someone had dumped her on a back road and by some miracle I happened to see something move in the ditch as we passed by. I stopped the car and my niece Jade and I went back to look. There we found a small puppy so helpless and crying. Her tail has been hurt and one of her paws is cut. We looked for her Momma and other puppies but couldn't find any. We took her home and put medicine on her wounds, gave her a bath, and named her Penny. She is a loving little dog and it breaks my heart to think someone could dump her. I told a few people about her and they all asked to see a photo so here you go.
Please don't worry about rating or faving this, I just wanted to show you what she looks like :)

Oh but I have to fav it! By now you know I am animal crazy:-) Such a cute little guy! Truly sad that people have so little respect and love for animals. I love that you stopped and went back, I would have too! We had a possum in the backyard awhile back and maintenance was scared to death of it and wouldn't turn the garbage can over to let it out, so I did. Of course I got yelled at for getting that close to a wild animal...too bad, I would do it again:-)So bless you my friend Dave for caring too!

I can't understand people that abandon animals. It is so heartless. Even if you can't care for them, there are better things to do. I'm so glad you gave her a home. My newest cat is a rescue. She was found under the huge vats of oil at the oil change where I work. It took a couple of days and spray from a water hose but the lube techs caught her and brought her to me. They know I'm crazy for cats. She was so afraid, but now is very affectionate. One of the lube techs named her Rotella, after the oil and I thought it a good name. Penny is so cute! She must be a good deal bigger by now. Excellent shot!

Thank god that you've seen the movement! Oh the poor little puppy.... i can't and probably never will understand people who could be so... so...cruel to any animal. They are living beings with emotions and feelings, no matter how small they are! Thanks so much, Dave, for helping this little one. Molto carino questo cucciolo dallo sguardo umano e buono ! Il mio timore è che qualcuno lo abbia abbandonato volontariamente , cosa putroppo di moda e frequente. Non sopporto chi prende cani senza capire che un cane deve essere trattato come un essere vivente e non come un giocattolo da abbandonare quando non serve. Very nice this puppy-eyed human and good! My fear is that someone has left voluntarily, which is unfortunately out of fashion and frequent. I can not stand people who take dogs without realizing that a dog must be treated as a living being and not as a toy to give up when not in use.

So cuddly and adorable. :-) You're a kindred spirit. I take in "dumplings," too. (Someone told me that's what abandoned animals are called...it breaks my heart to think of people doing that.) I hope Penny is doing well, bless her sweet heart. Widget, my latest dumpling, sends her love and said she's glad Penny found you. :-) Then she went back to her chew bone...;-) Great photo, and yes, thank you for taking in the puppy!!! You made the world a better place.
