Description

Time to break up the flow of the France pics again today.. I think I uploaded one a couple of months back of a friend, Kiryl (now my new housemate) up the tower in St Andrews, but never got round to posting this one up, which was kind of a first in processing terms for me - tonemapping the face, then combining a couple of filters with desaturation, which I thought gave it a kind of bleak look which mirrored the chilly conditions up the top of the tower! It went down well with him at least, as he's using it as his profile pic for a few things =) Thanks for having a look and have a great day! Adam

what a beautiful portrait and AWESOME composition you have done here !! He is very handsome and stylish !!!( lol my 17 year old daughter is now starring at him from behind me going OMG LOL) very contemplative and soulful mood!!- love the city view with church steeple rising up behind him as well- brilliant work most impressive!!!

Nice POV, composition and postwork, Adam. My first look at the thumbnail, and I just knew that it had to be somewhere in Scotland. Maybe it was the summer ( ha, ha,ha ) that we had this year. With Glasgow getting less sun than some places in Norway above the Arctic Circle, I'll be suffering from SAD soon... ;o) Warm regards, from a chilly Glesca, John.
